Anomalies in the IBA fresh pension aggreement - Letter by Former Supreme Court Judge to FM
Honorable Former Supreme Court Judge, Shri V.R. Krishna Iyer , has sent a letter to Honorable Finance Minister Shri Pranab Mukherjee , regarding the anomalies in the agreement by IBA on fresh pension option. Copy of the letter is given below.

ReplyDeleteFirstly I am thankful for taking the cause of retiree. We the retiree, does not want more than our share, but it is also not right to snatch from the retirees the 56% of the PF contribution they made during their life.Every body knows that during each settlements made in the past the employees who were PF optee also made to contribue towards the pension fund. But now burding the retiree heavily is just an injustice which every indian should support for the sake of justice and Govt.should analyse this in totality
