There is some good news for bank resignees. In the circular issued by AIBOC, it is mentioned that they are taking up matter of resigned employees with IBA. For this purpose they are in the process of collecting data of resigned employees.
Relevant para of the circular NO.4 dtd.12th Jan is reproduced below
Para 3. f) To collect data as regards number of resignations of CPF Optees from 1995 onwards for the purpose of taking up with IBA for their inclusion in 2nd Option.

Thanks to the gesture of AIBOC who is chamption of
ReplyDeleteOfficer's cause in Banks. This is apparant , un
justified , illegal , un warranted , discrimination on part of IBA in excluding the resigned employees who fulfill the pension norms and left the serivce on personal reasons when VRS IS NOT APPLICABLE AS PER RULS OF THE SCHME OF VRS THOUGH RELATIVELY THEY HAVE PUT IN EQUAL SERVICE TO THOSE MADE ELIGIBLE UNDER SCHEME. ON THE OTHER HAND GIVING DOUBLE ENEFIT TO VRS OPTEES . THE LAW /JUSTICE CLEARELY SAYS
NO PERSON SHOULD BE MADE ELIGIBLE FOR TWO BENEFITS. HERE THE IBA IS BIASED AND DISCRIMINATING THE VICTIMS ONE AGAIN IS AGAINST NATURAL JUSTICE.

While thanking AIBOC for the initiative, is there any update in the matter
