With every increase of DA the pre-2002 retirees are losing heavily. There is no justification in having so many formula for DA, with which a section is affected. The IBA should look into the matter and set right the anomaly at the earliest.As this is not a fresh demand which requires negotiation and it is only an anomaly there need be no Govt. sanction. Just a guideline from IBA will do.
