Letter by Shri Gurudas Das Guptaji, M.P. to Finance Minister reg 100% neutralisation of D.A.
Shri Gurudas Das Gupta , . M.P. (Lok Sabha) , has written a letter to Finance Minister, emphasizing expeditious settlement of 100% D.A. to bank pensioners who are denied the benefit of 100% neutralisation of D.A.
I am immensely thankful for his taking up our cause vide his letter dated 25 04 2012 addressed to the Finance Minister enunciating the factual position of the glaring disparitry targeted at the pre-2002 bank retirees in isolation from the similarly placed rest. His valuable support will certainly go a long way for all of us. We therefore profusely thank Sri Gurudas Das Guptaji, our Hon'ble MP in Lok Sabha.
Letter for enhanced gratuity retrospectively was sent to labour ministry by AIBOC. This time letter for 100 % neutralization of DA is by Sri Gurudas dasgupta. We have to wait and see if any weightage will be given by IBA, Government of India to letter sent by Sri Gurudas Dasgupta.
Sir, No letter found in the Current Circulars(2012) of AIBOC blog. The current Budget session is also coming to a close.No noise heard on the subject matter in the Banking Circles or from elderly members of Rajyasabha .
As usual the decision on this matter will come well after 2019 I mean when even the next term of Parliament, will end. Eventually if the decision says that THE whole AMENDMENT was illegal and stands NULL AND VOID, What will happen to the decision MAKERS ?. LET US WORK OUT SOMETHING TO EXPEDITE THE JUSTICE DELIVERY PROCESS .
GOVT REPLIED IN THE PARLIAMENT THAT THERE IS NO PROPOSAL OF NEUTRALIZATION OF THE DEARNESS RELIEF TO BANKS PENSIONERS RETIRED PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 2002 BECAUSE PENSION TO BANK EMPLOYEES ARE PAID IN TERMS OF PROVISION OF SETTLEMENTS/JOINT NOTE WHICH DO NOT PROVIDE 100% D.A EUTRALIZATION TO THOSE WHO RETIRED PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 2002.
Have you heard in the past history anything given to bank employees by parliamentarians?. I do not remember. Everything is taken by fighting and with hundreds of strike calls only. This can also,naturally be by strike calls. But this is a nightmare.
Very good. What happened to higher gratuity implementation from 1.1.2006?. 2nd anniversary is fast approaching;
