What is the meaning of Domiciliary Hospitalization?
ReplyDeleteDomiciliary hospitalization is entirely different from domiciliary treatment.Domiciliary hospitalization means taking treatment at home because of 1.Patient could not be moved to hospital due to his inability. 2.Patient had to take treatment in hope due to nonavailability of room in the hospital.
ReplyDeleteIndian Bank has come out with a circular, wherein it mentioned as Domiciliary Treatment Benefit option and not domiciliary hospitalization. It does mean that Domiciliary treatment without hospitalization is eligible under the cover. UIIC has to clear the doubts.
