Resigned Bank employees welfare association planning to file suit in HC for Pension option to OSR VRS optee

Resigned Bank Employees Welfare association is Registered body for the cause of Bank Employees to whom Pension option is denied in 9th Settlement.
 The RBEWA has already filed WP in Delhi High Court for the Same. ( WPC 7413 of 2011) The WP is admitted & Next date is 01/05/2012. The WP respondents are 31 Banks & MOF & IBA. The membership is still open till submission of final list to High Court. 
1) Employees Resigned between 29/09/1995 till 27/04/2010 on completion of qualifying service of 15 years & above can join the group. 
2) The Membership is open to all the resigned Bank Employees having completed service of more than 15 years & only from the following Bank:-

 The meeting of the Bank Resignee is organised at Hotel " Sahil Khitij " Tilak Road, Opposite of Maratha Chamber of Commerce, Swargate Pune on Sunday 08/04/2012, to brief the progress in the matter. Similarly the RBEWA is planning to file WP in Mumbai High Court for Pension Option to OSR VRS Optees & in the said meeting 45 VRS Optees are attending to join the WP. Any Bank employee Resignee OR OSR VRS Optee can attend the meeting & join the battle. Members are requested to confirm their attendence by calling undersigned to make the arrangements.

It was further clarified that OSR VRS optee from any where in India can be a joint petitioner to the contemplated suit.

    am a resignee from State Bank of Travancore, Can I join sir. I put up 29 years of service 1980-2009. My resignation hss been accepted on 17th August, 2009.

    Kindly advise me sir.

  3. Before filing RP No.68/2013 Vijaya Bank filed SLP With Supreme court which was dismissed and directed Vijaya Bank to file RP with HC of Karnataka. Whether the Bank has got provision for filing SLP. If any body expert please enlighten me

  4. Vijaya Bank Management filed review petition in Karnataka High Court under RP No 68/2013 and the same was not admitted in Karnataka High Court and dismissed on 25/10/2013. Now we have to wait and watch, whether Vijaya Bank Management will approach Supreme Court again for filing SLP. It has appeared in All banking Solutions.com that bank has been directed to pay pension before 22/11/2013.

  5. As there was no vrs in vidharbha konkan gramin bank (RRB sponsered by Bank of India) I resigned from service on 2/8/2015, after completing 30 years service. Recently Bank introduced pension as per NCB i.e. as per BoI. However, they not included resignee officer like me. I request please guide me about further action
