Forum of Retired Bank Employees, Pune, has written a letter to the constituents of UFBU regarding denial of Dearness Relief at 100% neutralization to bank pensioners retired before 01.11.2002. The letter discusses the grave injustice made to this class of pensioners elucidating supreme court judgements, bipartite settlements and case of similarly placed R.B.I pensioners.
