Some of the pensioners from erstwhile State bank of Indore had written to SBI Management on individual basis to implement Madras High Court decision on 100 percent DA neturlisation and pay them DA accordingly.
The concerned retirees have now received reply from the bank management.

From the contents of letter AIBRF has drawn conclusion that IBA is in mood to respond positively to SBI's initiative in seeking IBA's approval, subject to court's decision.
The matter of SLP filed by Canara Bank and IOB managements in Madras High Court in the matter of 100 percent DA was heard on 17.04.2013 and as the arguments remained inconclusive it was postponed for first week of June 2013.
