Andhra Pradesh High court decision regarding 2nd option of pension to CRS employees
Andhra Pradesh High court has given a judgement asking Andhra Bank to reconsider its decision of denying the 2nd pension option to compulsorily retired employee.
Wonderful Blog, thanks for putting this together! This is obviously one great post. Thanks for the valuable information and insights you have so provided here.
Why the delay for all those eligible having fulfilled the norm of qualified service as per OSR . IBA had done injustice to the 2nd option for pension irrespective of type of exit , but every one eligible fulfilling the 20 years of service.
This is great achievement by a retired employee of his own efforts. Can anyone provide contact details of the petitioner employee of andhra bank who has won this case so that similarly retired employees of banks who have been denied pension under 2nd. option may seek guidance from him to file their cases individually in their respective jurisdictions.
